The hotel is conveniently located however the staff is all dry, cold, and not welcoming at all. Check in was dry and not pleasant as a Marriott member. The food was not tasty the salsa was thick and pasty, the bacon was too crunchy and greasy and the turkey sausage looked gross. Definitely not going to be returning or recommending.

Clean room and good for pre night cruise stay and has good locality to restaurants and bars and shopping even AMC down the street. Could have better selection on breakfast and thr shower water pressure could be better otherwise it was ideal place to stay.

I was disappointed with the customer service during my stay. I went to the front desk to ask what time the buffet opened. At the time, the front desk representative was distracted, looking at a cell phone while talking with someone who worked in the kitchen or assisted with the buffet. When I asked my question, the employee responded rudely by saying, “Don’t you see the sign is on the wall?” I found the comment disrespectful and unprofessional. Guests should be treated with courtesy and spoken to politely when asking a simple question. Unfortunately, this interaction negatively affected my overall experience at the hotel.
