There was only 1 operational elevator working during my stay. Inconvenient, but understandable. What I did NOT understand is paying $30 a night for parking but having to park at another hotel because the lot was full. I was informed that the other hotels were "overflow" parking. I did not like paying so much for parking but having to walk forever just to get to the property.

Stayed there for a week with family, elevator is the most annoying, taking forever to come. They only have 1 elevator working and many Travellers are in the building, management didn't bother to get someone to fix the 2nd one. This had happen before we arrived and still only 1 working elevator until we left. We took the stairs, much quicker. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Didn't like parking, $30 a day, this should be free since we already pay for the stay. Was really mad at the service that suppose to be check out at 11 A.M, but it was just 10 A.M and we got locked out from our room, card didn't work anymore. Have to go down to front desk and told them and they gave us new card to get in. When check out at 11, told the lady at front desk what happen, she didn't bother to apologize and she just said, ok, you are set, receipt will be send to your email and send me on my way. Rude and bad service. Will never never ever return here. Very poor management.

On-site parking is extremely limited, with very tight, compact spaces. Additionally, only one of the two elevators was operational during my stay, and it was noticeably slow.

It was okay, we was charged for parking even when we wasn't there, we took a road trip to Vegas for 3 days and was changed for parking during them 3 days. Parking was also tough to find a space at night when we was there. Rooms where clean but dated, Fridge looked like it had been involved in a few fights over the years. The lifts where broken so we had to use the service lifts which wasn't a major problem but it would have been easier if the hotel had easier accessable stairs. You was allowed to use the stairs but they where designed mainly as a fire exit at the end of the building and opened onto the opposing hotel. The hotel is ideal for a Disney trip. Uber ranged from £6 to £13 for a trip to and from the park. Cheaper than parking at the park even at peak rate. Breakfast at the hotel was buffet style and the kids loved the make your own waffles. Overall I was happy staying here and would consider it again.

Jessica was so helpful. I love this property. Never an issue always accommodating.

Toilet can't flush Room Window broken. See throgh

The only concern was water temp in shower was not hot enough. Other than that my kids were extremely happy with their room and staff! We will book again with you!

It’s an older built— bathroom needs update. Couch looks run down and was uncomfortable to sleep on. The carpet was dirty, it had a sticky feel. All the staff were friendly
