Unfriendly and unaccommodating staff , filthy public areas and a violent melee that broke out in the lobby leading to swarms of police arresting people made for a very disappointing, disgusting stay. Nothing was done to rectify the situation or apologize to guests. Awful.

We didnt have tv for 3 days and 3nights We had no soap in our room when we got there. Only friendly staff was Zidi everyone else look miserable. No smile no hello . No coffee or tea in the common area. Will not recomend this hotel. Disapointed! Sorry

I’ve stayed at this hotel approximately 20 times and always had a great experience. Apparently they have changed one thing that will keep me from staying there again. The a/c thermostat will not go lower than 70! I can’t sleep when I’m hot! Bad decision management.
