I had a pleasant stay at the Renaissance Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. One of the best perks was the free shuttle service, which was convenient and appreciated.
The only downside was that the shuttle transportation wasn’t very well organized. People who showed up late cut the us and another family who were waiting there first, which made the process less smooth than expected. With better organization of the shuttle service, the overall experience would have been excellent.
Overall, I would stay here again because of the clean accommodations, great staff, and convenient amenities.
