Hotel showing its age. Enjoy the quieter vibe and ease of access to Aria, Cosmopolitan and Bellagio. Room was clean but showing wear with outdated technology. Atrocious nickel and diming with fees and food and drink prices within the property. Pool is nice but small and crowded. Would be a good value without the fees and prices for food and drinks. As is, hard to see the worth of this once great property anymore.

The location and the hotel is perfect any time I visit Las Vegas. When you come in the lobby it smells pleasant, esthetically beautiful, they have great café and grabd and go options. The parlor room is nice. And its connected to Aria!

When I checked in the front desk, took like 30 minutes to be able to help me find my reservation. It took me asking to speak to a manager for them to be able to help. The hot tub was not even working. It was not heating. They charge you a $55 amen fee for not to work.
