Fantastické Jazzy at the lounge really made our stay. We met great people, everyone was friendly. Bathroom by the lounge needs to be cleaned more frequently, it was utterly disgusting. Also dog hair all over carpet, furniture, even entrance. I love dogs but the W needs to do a much better job cleaning. I gave a good review for the rest of the staff being nice and helpful as well, great location, and overall fun.

The entire staff from the door men to the front desk staff (Casey and others) and concierge, Victor were incredibly gracious, efficient and accommodating.

Fantastické I really enjoyed my stay at the W Hoboken. From the moment I arrived, the hotel had a great vibe. The staff was welcoming, the valet service was seamless, and the lobby was beautifully designed. I also appreciated the fresh fruit and infused water available for guests.
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. My only minor complaint is that the room felt a bit small, but it was well designed and had everything I needed.
The location is excellent. You can walk to plenty of great restaurants, shops, and bars, and the waterfront offers amazing views of the Manhattan skyline. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and watched a World Cup game at the bar—both were fantastic experiences. Valet parking is available for an additional fee.
Overall, this hotel has a stylish, upscale atmosphere while still feeling welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

From arrival to check out the W staff were helpful welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful with a great view. We enjoyed all the W had to offer.
The location was close to restaurants and shopping and was located along the Hudson River. A great place to go for a walk and enjoy the views of NYC.
This was a return visit and we will be back.
