We were extremely happy with the amount of room, cleanliness and the overall location for our brief stay in Reykjavik. The hotel was in proximity to everything we wanted to explore. There is minimal parking so be prepared to utilize a public parking deck or street parking if a space is not available. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the on-site bar/restaurant was a great spot for a late evening night cap. Would definitely recommend for your city stay in Reykjavik.

This is a nice hotel and the location is great. We got the room upgrade and a free breakfast ( no chance to have the breakfast ) as an Expedia member.

The hotel is ok, location is a bit off the beaten path probably an additional ten minute walk from the centre of things but honestly my problem is the staff. The first few days we were there there was a middle aged women at the desk and you could tell she hated her job she was rude and short with everything that was asked. I wouldn’t stay there again based on her attitude and demeaner, I want someone happy I’m spending my money with them and to help me feel welcome and enjoy my vacation.
