For the price, this hotel was somewhat of a disappointment. While the staff was helpful, the rooms are dated, the bathroom was tiny, and the decor is very tired. If I were paying half the price, then fine, but for over $700 per night, I was expecting much more. The parking was a few block away in a garage and there was no valet, which again, is not a big deal, but felt like something I would expect from a larger chain or budget hotel. I suppose they can get these rates due to the location downtown for business travelers, but again, I would not come back for a recreational stay as there are other places nearby that were much nicer. On a better note I will say the staff was nice, the bed was very comfortable, I appreciated the water coolers on every floor, and the coffee in the lobby was very good.

Dobrý
Photos online make the room seem bigger, but it was barely large enough to hold our suitcases. No fridge or microwave in the room either. Staff was very nice and accommodating, and the 24/7 free coffee and water was great. Not sure if I would stay here again, truly

This is a nice, small, comfortable hotel with a fantastic location right in the heart of Boston and close to shopping and the Freedom Trail. the rooms are quite small, but it's the location that makes it work, and the price was reasonable, particularly for central Boston. The staff are great - extremely helpful, attentive, and professional. Parking is a short walk from the hotel and the hotel's discount makes it reasonable. All-in-all, a comfortable stay.

Somehow I expected more - but the room was pretty cramped, with dust on some of the shelves, and behind the night side tables. The breakfast was served in the English bar next door - I'd recommend bread pudding. What was nice was the lounge next to reception with coffees and water - handy for the time between the checkout and needing to leave. The location is excellent!

The staff was amazing. They gave us great ideas for places to go and arranged our travel to the airport. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was small, but that was okay. We would stay here again.

Very helpful desk staff. Check-in was a breeze. Nice coffee machine, tea and water in lounge. Refillable water bottle station on every floor was great to have. Rooms clean and comfortable. Bathroom small but serviceable. Toiletries smelled wonderful.

The staff at Club Quarters were really delightful. They were kind, funny, and interested. The location of the hotel is perfect. 5 minute walk to historic and recreational attractions, even less to enter the clean and safe subway to go anywhere — To the docks or Boston Commons or museums.
