Clean room and good location.

Appartement correct. Très petite salle de bain et petite cuisine. Secteur excentré pour visiter la ville. Une voiture est nécessaire.

Our 'deluxe family studio' was great. Two very comfortable beds, pullout sofa (which we didn't use except for sitting), included WiFi, large flat screen TV , nicely equipped kitchenette/ table and chairs and small but good bathroom. On site laundry. Easy self-check-in. On a dedicated Flybus shuttle stop so transfer between KEF - BSI - hotel were seamless. Conveniently located within a block of Kringlan, a great little local coffee shop and pharmacy and on Straeto routes (city bus), which got us into the central downtown area within just a few minutes. Nice grocery store (Netto) a block away. And all within a 10 minute walk of my daughter's home. (we stayed here so as not to disrupt her work schedule and because her home is small). Quiet and very clean. Will stay here again. We have no need to be in the midst of downtown tourist sites, as we visit so often so this was perfect. First time visitors may want to be directly downtown and not have to navigate the city buses but we're so familiar with them that this was not an issue for us at all.

Great location and the apartment is really kept well. Free parking and close to downtown by car.

The kitchen was not clean the kitchen faucet was so wonky and fixed with bunch of screws. No towel hangers in the bathroom. Parking on the street was little annoying.

Great location. Just right for 3 guys on a golfing trip. The only downside was the room was too warm. The heat was of, the windows open and outside temps in the mid teens. Local staff were helpful and facilitated an early check in.

The check-in info was sent 2 days prior and worked well when checking in. A neighbour had a wrong code, but once they called the number, it was instantly reactivated. The room was impeccably clean and all the kitchen items and bedding were neat, organized and clean as well. Linens were so cozy and good (note extras are in Euros). Towels could be changed every other day. The info sign ws helpful and the laundry was convenient although pricey (11000 ISK each wash and dryer) . Only from an accessibility standpoint, wish there was a handrail in the shower and there was a ramp down or an accessibility room with one level. Also, a couple of tiles were cracked near the entrance/kitchen area but minor. Other than the that, the staff on-site and online were extremely helpful. We had a problem with one of the rads, and it was fixed by the time we got back with updates throughout the day. As well, extra throught bu giving 2 fans in case any problems occurred again through the first night. The location is great as you can catch the 14 bus to get to downtown, close to the Hop On/Hop Off stop, and great Bonus grocery store and eateries nearby within 5-10 minutes walk. It was quiet, safe and comfortable.

The space was small but worked. The bathroom needs a door replacement.

Clean space, comfortable beds, kitchen had the basics,laundry was easy to figure out, great location for raking day trips. Parking was full at times but we always found a spot.
