The breakfast was great and the wait staff was very helpful and happy to help with a bright smile every morning. Front desk staff was okay, not amazing like other Hilton hotels. The parking is ridiculously expensive. There are options to park in the street which we realized after we had paid for the parking. The room was clean, we asked for housekeeping daily but one of our sheets seemed dirty (it had a stain). They did replace towels everyday and picked up trash. All in all, it was a good experience except for the parking.

The hotel was great! Just an unfortunate proximity to the transient populations around the bus areas. Doesn’t make you feel super safe when leaving the hotel property.

Couldn’t use the shower or sink for half of the time we were there. Every morning for the first half of the day there was just no water coming out of either the faucet or shower head. Room was advertised as luxury bathroom and that is far from my idea of luxury. I’ve written to the hotel and have yet to receive a response.
