The hotel is fine. My issues with them is the booking system if you add another person aside from paying additional person you have to pay also the foam/ bed. Also the breakfast buffet the refill takes longer to be filled and mostly they will ran out of it and it’s frustrating because it’s still in the middle of the hour of breakfast time. The staff were nice.

I have stayed here 10+ times when I travel to Butuan. It is by far the nicest hotel in the city. The staff are top notch, clean and modern rooms. Great pool, and always excellent breakfast. If you have a vehicle, the parking lot is small and is usually an issue. Also the wifi is sporadic and not the strongest, other than that, I love this place so much.

Great internet, staff, and room. Cleanliness is very important to me. The water wasn't hot enough for my shower, but they sent someone immediately to fix it. The food at the restaurant is amazing. Laundry service is great! I am here for work, and breakfast starts at 6:30 am. When I had to leave, they packed me a breakfast to go!
