The checkin process was a nightmare without staff to assistance and the automated system does not always work well. The room did not have enough space for luggage to be opened while the room was in use.

The room we had was very nice and clean, big enough for a family of 4 adults and 1 child. The futons were spread out on a raised platform, is what I can describe. The foam pads, sheets, blankets, pillows can be stored away in cabinets to make room for the kids to play. The platform was probably to be used for eating on, but we used the knee high table in the kitchen instead where the sofa was, it was more convenient. The kitchen was small with a counter to prepare ready to eat food is about it, but ok I guess. Over all the experience was great there; most sites were close around there within walking distance.

Great hotel in Asakusa! Walking distance to Senso-ji temple. There is a 7-11 right across the street and the Kuramae train station is less than a block away - very convenient! If you want to stay outside the hustle & bustle of areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya, this is a great option!
