The staff was cheerful and accommodating. The property is well kept and suitable for all ages. The personalised water bottles was a unique touch. I would definitely stay again and i highly recommend this property

Very spacious rooms and balcony. Restaurant in the lobby was very good. I appreciated they were showing the FIFA games while i was there. The staff was very friendly. Highlighting Lulu at check in, Paul at the restaurant & Tara at check out. Valet was also very efficient and professional. Highly recommend this property for families or solo travelers.

The pool was filthy when we arrived. Our room was not ready and we stayed by the dirty pool. I complained to the manager the next day and she assured me the pool would be cleaned. The room was very clean as I requested it to be. There were delays checking in and checking out as the bill was wrong as breakfast was included on my package yet they charged me. Thankfully I had my documentation and they adjusted the bill. Overall the stay was good and they were able to give me some Bonvoy points and late check out. Beautiful hotel and great shuttle. Issues with check in delay and check out charges were disappointing.

This was our 2nd time here and we had a wonderful stay! This place is beautiful and plenty of opportunity to relax. The pools were great and the food was excellent. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were unbelievably spacious with a large balcony. Love it!

The Belgrove is a perfect destination when visiting Palm Beach, the location is central, the hotel is immaculate. the staff are very friendly and a delight to speak with, compared to 90% of the other hotels there is no comparison!!!! The pools are great and big, the food at the pool is tasty! Love the Hotel!
