L’hôtel a été difficile à trouver car l’adresse ne nous amenait pas au bon endroit. Par contre le personnel de l’hôtel était exceptionnellement gentil et serviable. Nous a donné des itinéraires pour les parcs. Je recommande fortement.

Perfect place to stay for visiting Zhangjaijie Forest Park. Highly recommended!

Stayed there in April 2026 very good hotel by the river side with free laundry cleaning bought my Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National gate passes ( they gave a good advices on the national park ) & Chinese night shows tickets from them with a good deal free water bottles everyday - front desk are very polite and helpful 100% recommended

The rooms were clean and the staff were particularly helpful, they know the area so well that they can almost act like tourist guides, providing all the pertinent information as well as how long it takes to travel to each attraction. The location is great with many dining choices nearby, all within walking distance and especially delicious were the local food.

Wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was excellent, and the overall experience was great. The location is perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and there’s a beautiful river right in front of the hotel. I absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again!

I have a good stay. It is a walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It is down the alleyway. My driver was having problem to locate the hotel at first. But the hotel was able to assist the driver and went out to greet the driver, guiding him to the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They have experience in the tourism industry. They were able to help me plan for my daily activities. They also made arrangements for tickets for me. This is a definite plus for the property. I will stay at this hotel again because of this reason. Some negatives about this hotel is that the hotel's plumbing is not very good, so you do have reflux of the sewer smell going up to the bathroom. The second issue I have is that the Wi-Fi is slow and the internet connection is intermittent. So if that is an issue for you, then you may have to reconsider. We are in the middle of a mountain area, so I wasn't expecting a lot. Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel.

The hosts at this property are wonderful. They were extremely attentive and did all our park entrance booking and reservations for us, and gave us recommended itineraries for each place, and you would not go wrong to follow their advice.

The staff is great, but the area is difficult to reach by taxi, the air conditioning in the room does not work well and only freezes you or does not work at all.
