Juan les Pins is a great location! Such a great beach vibe without so many crowds like Nice and Monaco. The studio is convenient to the beach but transportation is needed from the train station, too far to walk with luggage. Also the bed is a sofa bed that is not the best. The management was kind enough to bring another duvet as the mattress on the springs was too thin. If they could buy a good mattress topper this might fix the issue. It was very convenient to have a kitchen. The facilities has a washing machine but no dryer. There is a drying rack in the studio however. Also they request confirmation of security deposit a few days before arrival. This comes email in French so be sure to watch your emails! If you stay many days extra toilet paper, opened, coffee, etc are not supplied; this is fine as long as you expect it. Overall we had a great stay and loved the area.
