The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was a bit out of the way. It was clean and the staff was helpful.

Aloha! Our stay here at Dansetsu was by far the BEST Japan accommodations ever! We were in shock at the spacious room layout, the clean atmosphere, comfy beds, amazing shower and hot water, everything was spectacular! I wanted to just stay in the room vs exploring Sapporo! It was that amazing! Staff and nice, clean towels daily, the hot springs was like a free spa every day, ramen at night for free was delicious! Some few minor details that need improving would be the size of the elevators and providing a cutting board and knowing the family suites. We ended up buying one which wasn’t a problem at all! I want to come back just to say here! Mahalo from your guests from Hawaii!

Very kind staff, very spacious and comfy room. There's a lounge to grab drinks and snacks at, they were all very good. Ramen from 2100-2300 , was very very good. We had a room with a sauna and it was lovely to relax after a long cold day.

Very helpful staff, very clean hoteland modern design.

Stayed for one night in the family room. Very spacious and comfortable, the public baths were also very nice

Very clean room, the goodnight ramen was really good. Onsen area was awesome. Would definitely stay there again!
