Loved our stay! The bungalowhotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and let us check in after the closing time. The view of the ocean is stunning, and being right next to the beach was a highlight, perfect for nice walks along the ocean. They serve breakfast, though it tends to be a bit spicy, make sure to ask in advance for what you prefer. Note that the waves are too big for swimming, but the area is quiet and relaxing, a perfect getaway from the city chaos.

Excellent property and personal care from Mr Joji Thomas made our stay very comfortable. They serve home made breakfast, which is very good. If you need a beach facing room, you need to specify during the booking. They also have two other properties in different parts of Kerala. Eager to explore the other places in near future.

Hands down the best location and room on the beach that I've experienced in a long time! My room had a beautiful big balcony that literally looked out to the private beach which was so calming and relaxing. The room was nice and clean and seemed upgraded. The staff was also incredible! Not only do you get a free breakfast of your choice by pre-ordering your food, the staff went above and beyond for me by preparing me a traditional local meal on banana leaves for free when I paid a little extra to extend my checkout time! If you are ever in this part of Kochi and are looking for a clean luxury place with the best view of the ocean, I highly recommend staying here!!
