The hotel is conveniently located near the Brussel North Station. In barely 3 blocks away you are at the hotel. The front staff is very welcoming an ego to help you when they computers are not down. The bar area is extremely small and they do have life music, which cut all the possibilities to have a business meeting. Do keep that in mind if you want to meet someone to discuss business because it will be impossible. Now, if you do like the life music, it was actually fairly good. The rooftop is supposed to be open unless they are private parties. And unfortunately, when I was there, I could not access the rooftop. Which was a real disappointment. One of the reason why I picked this hotel was actually to go up there. Also, because of this, the restaurant at the Roof rooftop was closed to the public. Therefore, it was switched to the downstairs restaurant which did not offer a full menu. Once again, if you’re planning to have a business dinner after going to the bar, you may want to call the hotel before to be sure that the upstairs restaurant will be available. They downstairs area, which include a breakfast is much smaller and not as fancy as the upstairs. The rooms are very welcoming, a little smaller than expected for four stars hotel. You do have a hot water and a very small choice of tea. You can also try to make coffee, but it is a fairly difficult system using a filter. The air-conditioning is not top notch. Of course I was there during a heat wave where it was 37 Celsi

I cannot express how amazing this hotel is. Cleanliness is top tier and the views are unreal. The rooftop bar is relaxing and chill. I had such an amazing experience in Belgium. The staff were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I want to give a special shout out to Val and Goncalo for their excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm. It really comes a long way. Please give my recognition to them.

Excellent hotel all round. Location, staff, style of hotel, decor, rooms, views, and the roof top terrace all top notch. Felt very luxurious for the reasonable price paid. Would visit Brussels again just for the hotel.

Not recommended for the following reasons: (1) During my stay in room 621 (from 27–31 May 2026), the shower malfunctioned every single night, suddenly releasing water at high pressure from the shower head in the middle of the night. This created extremely loud noise and was both disturbing and quite frightening. Experiencing this repeatedly throughout the stay was unacceptable and significantly affected my rest. (2) Some of the dishes in the morning breakfast buffet appeared unclean. (3) I noticed that a canned drink in the fridge was dented, which could easily lead to suspicion that I had tampered with or damaged the item. (4) Finally, I was informed only at check-out that I needed to pay the tourist tax. While I fully understand and do not object to paying this legitimate charge, the way it was handled is problematic. This should have been clearly communicated and settled earlier. As my trip was fully sponsored by my company, this late notice has created unnecessary administrative burden, as I now have to submit an additional reimbursement claim. For business travellers, this kind of oversight is particularly inconvenient and should be taken more seriously.

Loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Not even a 5 minute walk from the train station. Rooms are big and beds are comfy. Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay. Room was clean and the view was good. Gym was fine, small but had the basics needed for a short work out. We had an issue with the staff at Lila 29 on the night we wanted to grab a drink, they were busy but managed to find us a table. The staff member was rude, didn’t greet us on arrival and didn’t walk us to our table, just pointed from across the room ‘you can sit there, order at the bar because service is very slow’ and left us to it. Didn’t give us a menu or show any willingness to help. The bar was busy and there weren't any menus anywhere visible so we just left. After returning home we noticed we had a charge to the card we paid the €400 deposit on. Only of around €20, but with no receipt or acknowledgement of what this charge was for. We didn’t use anything from the mini bar but were given a box of chocolates on arrival for my partners birthday, along with a card from the hotel. This was a lovely gesture but less lovely if that’s what we ended up being charged for! All in all, we had a good time and would return to another standard hotel. They’re very cool and very beautiful but the staff lacked warmth in our experience.

Allowed to check-in Earlier as my flight arrived, Asked to add a 200 euro guarantee for the bar in the room, Given a great view room in the corner of the building. Small plates for breakfast, the room got a better cleaning the next as there was dust on some furniture. Received all the refund. Friendly staff.

Great hotel, lovely staff. Tea & coffee options in the room were awful, that’s the only fault!
