The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality.

nice and spacious room but the location is a bit far away from downtown

The room was dirty, when we first check-in I notified the front desk about the spill stained I saw on my room and no action was taken during our 2 night stays

Excellent hotel with great staff.

Excellent amenities, location and customer service

Overall very good, slightly far away from George Town but since I am going everywhere by Grab so it doesn’t bother me. One point to improve is the hot water didn’t last for too long (around 10-15mins)

Room towel mold smell and able to here outside traffic noise inside the room..

Very nice property in convenient location for local dining, shopping, etc. Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

Beautiful

My stay at the Citadines was fine overall. I opted out of the breakfast option, and i was glad that I did because they dont have hot breakfast. They only have coffee and pastries. Ive stayed at more budget friendly hotels that offered a hot breakfast, so that was a little let down. Also the sound proofing was not great. I was able to hear my neighbor above me dragging furniture around and I was able to hear him pleasuring himself multiple times per day even with my head phones on. I did not hear the guests to the side of me at all, only the guest above me, which was odd. The area around the hotel is just a giant highway, so its not walkable, you have to order a grab to get anywhere. Cleanliness was ok, and the front desk staff were great. The only small downside was it was a little difficult communicating with them because they were not fluent in English, but they knew enough to get a general idea of what they were saying.
