We loved this hotel - a tiny bit out of town and a short walk to the tram/underground, but thereby benefited from being much quieter. Very high quality hotel and the signature suite double room was amazing for a young family. Staff super helpful and lovely breakfast - highly recommended!

When we checked in, they gave us a room on the 4th floor and the window was so high one could not see outside at all. I bought up this issue and they upgraded us to a corner room on the 3rd floor the next day and it was gorgeous, very spacious and quiet. We were very pleased by everything in the room.
