All the staff was so friendly and was fast to help. They cleaned our laundry everyday smelling nice and fresh. Room was clean and beautiful views. Love to be back again

Beautiful resort, relaxing and rejuvenating

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond anything we expected. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our experience special. The attention to detail was truly remarkable. Whether it was the beautiful room, the thoughtful surprises, the incredible food, or the way the team always anticipated our needs, everything felt perfectly taken care of. You can really feel how much pride the staff takes in creating unforgettable experiences for their guests. What stood out the most was the warmth and hospitality. Everyone treated us with such genuine kindness that it made our stay feel very personal and memorable. It honestly felt like one of the best service experiences we have ever had in our lives. This place will always hold a special memory for us, and we are incredibly grateful to the entire team for making our stay so perfect. We will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali and hope to return again in the future. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience.

Best room ever best trip ever and I’ve traveled the world ! The place was most beautiful I have ever seen everything was very clean ! We were treated by royalty everyone was so nice and friendly the food was amazing views amazing value amazing they wash your feet with herbs and flowers before your massage they do your Laundry main attractions not to far away and they arrange a driver wherever u want to go in a luxury car we felt like royalty it was perfect for a honeymoon

Excellent Staff and fantastic rooms

One of the most properties we’ve stayed at. Extreme privacy, beautiful views of the jungle, and most importantly, service was top notch!

Stay was during May-25 at the Akohara retreat in Ubud. On arrival greeted by staff with flower garland, drinks and local traditional dance. This is definitely a couples retreat. Our room was six levels down a mountain, some 405 steps down. We used the inclinator elevator to travel between our room and main pool and restaurant. We stayed in the Pertiwi One Bedroom Pool Villa, wow. Room is well decorated and of a very good standard. Out door gazebo area and sun deck with mini bar. Room has a four poster bed and seated area. Outdoor private shower, wash room all hidden away and contained within the villa no prying eyes. Pool is awesome with a built in bathroom on the side. Food is all table service and the quality of the food is excellent standard. The main pool by the restaurant is heated with multiple levels for some breath taking views of the tropical jungle. Went for a 3 hour couples spa treatment which included a massage, body scrub, body mask and flower bath and were given a choice of which oils we wanted to use for massage. By far the best spa experience ever. If our stay was longer would have definitely booked it again. Staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you and happy to assist and advise. All in all an exceptional retreat and one I would definitely recommend and return without a doubt. 10 out 10. Sukh
