Podprůměrné Staff was extremely discourteous and the property was not as advertised. The room smelled of smoke despite being listed as non smoking. There was also no AC.

I would have to say I have mixed feelings about my stay. I'll start with the positives. The private baths that you can reserve were wonderful and easy to book. The staff were all very nice , especially the restaurant staff. The hotel is charming...but in places looking a bit dated. My room was very spacious and functional...however I did have one issue withe the small refrigerator in the room. Every 2 hour or so it would make a loud grinding sound which woke me up several times... I eventually needed to unplug it ... I even recorded the sound so I could relay my concerns to the front desk when I checked out.

Fantastické Lovely atmospheric hotel nestled in the woods but only 10 min from the main station, with free shuttles running a few times a day. Comfortable, modern rooms. Very clean. Cute gift shop. A highlight was the delicious daily breakfast with some made-to-order options. Plenty of fresh vegetables from local gardens. I had the set menu for dinner one evening: Vegetable based menu, very clean and tasty. Beautiful garden-like setting. Private baths are available for free use. They are not sourced from a hot spring however, and have the faint scent of chlorine. I was able to rent an e-bike for 2500yen daily and ride around to see all the tourist sights. Would definitely stay here again!

Beds were comfortable. Hot water in their outdoor hot tub was too hot to enjoy. Our room did not have a view.

Dobrý The room was different from the photos shown online. The layout was not the same nor the furniture shown. However it was clean and had all the basic amenities. My room was on the first floor and the people upstairs could be heard very easily walking around at night which was a bit loud. Besides that was okay, staff were friendly.

Fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast, helpful staff, and very quiet accommodations led to a very pleasant 3-night stay.
Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel has this Christmas vibe and the whole compound is totally perfect ! Very good romantic getaway with nearby restaurants! Definitely come back again!

the hotel is old style, no elevator, no staff service, nobody help you out for taking luggage to parking lot, not easy to take luggage upstairs. But, I like the room is very big and good styled
