Nice little place, a 2 minute walk from Paddington station. Helpful staff but it doesn't seem like staff are available 24/7.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, it was very close to Paddington station and 4 minutes walk to Hyde Park (we were going to a concert in Hyde Park). We would stay again.

Bathroom garbage had not been emptied from previous guest. Floor not clean. Bed comfortable and clean. Would not book again.

Substandard room with a single bed and a camping bed. Dirty toilet, filthy floor, rotten windows covered in black mould, dirty shower and the room was 6ft wide. I made a formal written complaint and no one has bothered to respond. Avoid at all costs

For the price a fab hotel. Easy to get to Paddington and Edgware. Super convenient for Hyde park. Great location and lots of coffee shops etc for breakfast. Have stayed here several times now.

I stayed here on Monday night. The code for the keyboards did not work and the telephone number that was given to me on the message they sent me for checking in was incorrect. I have stayed here for so I know how this operates, which is not a problem. The big problem is the bed was not level, So it was like sleeping on the side of a hill which was not very nice. I contacted the residence via a message on Hotels.com and by email however by Wednesday evening some two days later I have not had a positive response from them. this is very annoying.

Excellent location, building quiet and safe, we did afterhours check in, very easy! Please note: there is no elevator.. and we were on the 4th floor and we had to drag our luggage. They stored our luggage the next day and it was wonderful.

The two pluses about this property were the clean sheets and an air conditioner that worked! The room wasn’t clean - I hated taking my shoes off and walking on the floor - it was gritty and visibly dirty. The shelf in the wardrobe had a layer of dust on it - I had to wipe it off before putting clothes on it. The mattress had no mattress pad which felt like a health hazard. The shower had dirt and rust on the edge of it. We never saw the manager - they had a sign saying they would be at the reception desk from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm but never saw them. We communicated with them via texting and calling. They did answer a phone call to ask for another pillow. Our friends who also stayed there had a dirtier bathroom than ours and a clogged sink. We did see evidence that they came and tried to fix the sink but it was still clogged. This could be a nice, cute property with a little TLC.

Such a shame only stayed one night with my daughter, arrived at 2pm and was asked for e-mails and number that were never sent to me, then told the room was ready, arrived to the room the beds were still striped the room was no were near ready. when we finally got in the room we found all the blinds are down and they cant be opened as they are set to close on auto. when we left the property we accidently left a pair of apple ear pods in the room, not a big deal, as soon as i arrived home i called the hotel and asked if they were found {we new they were as we tracked them and they there and being used} after a unconfutable conversation they admitted they had them, i asked if they would post them back to me they aggred too. this was a Monday, by Thursday now word or ear pods so i called again no answer so i watts app them to tell them i would collect them. so 150 mile drive sat morning i get there for 9am when they open no one there call them on answer by 9.30 a bloke turns up with a attitude a mile wide i ask for the ear pods he go's off to a back room and spends another 5min doing something finally i get them back. but there were many phone calls and watts app messagers i even offered to pay for a courier to pick them up. don't stay with them there expensive and they only want ya cash no customer service at all pay a little more and have a hotel that appreciates you

Staff were brilliant, very helpful and informative. Cleanliness could be better ,I found hair in the bathroom and on the bed, there were dust and stains on the TV and there were 3 tea bags no milk or coffee. Air con was on it made the nights pleasant but it struggled to keep room cool enough in the day time. Overall it was a good stay quiet and uninterrupted
