A maximum of two (2) adults and one (1) child are allowed in Deluxe, Executive, and Loft Bunk Rooms, while Suite Rooms may accommodate up to four (4) adults and one (1) child.5. All visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and must be escorted by the registered guest from the lobby. A maximum of two (2) visitors per room is allowed, and visitors are strictly permitted to stay only until 12:00 midnight. Non-compliance with this policy may result in penalties and/or denial of entry.6. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. A penalty of PHP 5,000.00 will be imposed for each violation, along with the confiscation of cigarettes, vapes, and any prohibited or illegal products.7. Housekeeping service, including change of linens, bath towels, and room cleaning, is available daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Service will proceed only when the “Make Up Room” sign is hung on your door or upon request through our in-room app. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed, we will respect your privacy and will not enter your room. 7) Any deliveries should be received by the guest. The hotel reserves the right to impose charges for any loss, damage, or breakage incurred in the room during the stay.9. The security deposit will cover any damages. Afterconfirmation and clearance that no damage was found in the room and no extra cleaningefforts were required, the security deposit shall be returned.17) Pet owners will be required to promptly address any complaints made by fellow guestsregarding noise or any other disturbance that may be caused by the pet/s. In the event thatany pet becomes overly disruptive or in any way aggressive towards other guests oremployees, the pet must be removed from the property. In the event that any pet isconsidered dangerous by the Hotel Management, it shall immediately be removed from theproperty by the guest.18) The guest shall strictly comply with rules and regulations which may be issued by HotelManagement. Hotel Management reserves the right to require room changes, removal ofpet/s from the property, refuse or discontinue service without refund if, in the hotel’s solediscretion, the pet is considered dangerous, unhealthy, or likely to frighten, harm, disrupthotel guests, has damaged hotel property, or for failure to abide by these policies.19) The guest accepts full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs andexpenses (including reasonable attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage thatmay result from the pet(s). The guest agrees to make any reimbursement for such damageson demand.20) Pet owners agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Hotel Management, itsowners, and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses(including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personalinjury or property damage caused by the pet(s). 8) Keep your pet leashed and with diapers at all times when heading out of your room & inpublic areas.9) Keep your pet leashed during the make-up room and when seeking for assistance insideyour room.10) Pets are allowed to stay at the Paw Park provided that owners will monitor them. Rowdybehavior from pets and owners will not be tolerated.11) The guest agrees not to leave any pet/s unattended. Pets that are left unattended formore than forty-eight (48) hours shall be considered abandoned and subsequently, theregistered guest shall be reported to the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) foralleged violation of R.A. 8485. The registered guest shall indemnify the Hotel Managementfor any costs, losses or damages which may result from such action being taken.12) Pet owners are responsible to bring their pets’ necessities during their stay. mySTAYHotels is not expected to provide for these. However, a complimentary set of pee pad and adisposable poop bag will be provided per stay.13) All equipment required for the upkeep, and feeding of pets are to be provided by theguest. Under no circumstances shall any equipment within the property be used for animaluse, this includes the use of available towels and linen for your pets. Any use of linen fortheir pets is to incur corresponding charges. Stained linen will be charged thecorresponding cleaning fee while permanently stained linens will be charged with acorresponding replacement fee.14) Any damage caused by the pet(s) shall be charged to the registered guest and must bepaid immediately.15) The Hotel Management and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, injuries, orInternalillness of any pet for any reason whatsoever.
