a beautiful gem in the palace district very nice neighborhood with bars and restaurants the room is very spacious and the breakfast was delicious. the design is beautiful and fresh. great stay in budapest

From start to finish this feels like a prestige hotel, check-in is very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are very stylish and maintained to a high quality. ON top of that great location for easy access to the rest of Budapest. Will be back

Great location, spacious rooms and one of the best hotel breakfasts, for Europe. Location couldn't be better - in a lovely square, tons of eating and drinking options and walkable everywhere, Only niggle - family rooms are large but all glass bathroom gets a little uncomfortable - no blinds, just wooden slats.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Super quiet room even though the square right in front was quite lively. Well located on the Pest side of Budapest. I would stay here again

We stayed in a Junior Suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, homely feel. Most importantly, it featured the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, ensuring a perfect night's rest after exploring the city. The breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive variety of high-quality options to suit every taste. The hotel's facilities were also excellent and added great convenience throughout our stay. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is the perfect base for exploring Budapest, combining exceptional service, comfort, and outstanding amenities. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Great hotel and room. Step outside onto open air square with seating from three local bars. About 10-15 walk from city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful with good recommendations. Great stay, great people and great city!

The room was comfortable and the terrace was a lovely feature, which we appreciated during our stay. The hotel is also well located for exploring Budapest. Unfortunately, there were several service issues that affected our experience. We requested room cleaning in the morning, but when we returned in the afternoon, the room had still not been serviced. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing particularly memorable. The most disappointing part was at check-out, when we were charged for two days of breakfast even though we had only booked breakfast for one day. While the staff acknowledged the error and advised that the extra charge would be refunded to our bank account, it was not a pleasant way to end our stay. Overall, the room itself was nice, but the service and billing issues left us with a less positive impression than we had hoped for.

This is a great hotel with a lot going for it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Had a problem with my reservation and they sorted it out wonderfully. The welcome champagne is a nice touch. I use their in-house spa for a foot massage and it was amazing. The breakfast buffet is thoughtful and delicious. The bed is super comfortable and finally the location is very convenient for getting around the city.
