Everything is good with me!

Friendly staffs,

Great staff, beautiful views, nice location

We booked a deluxe room with lake view and we are so happy with our accommodation. We had room 501 which is ơn the top floor with view of the lake and sunset. The staff is awesome, kind, caring and super responsive. While we are here, they are working on upgrading/building another next door but we didn’t hear construction noise at all. We highly recommend this place!

The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay, although our whole group (4 rooms) were all situated facing the back of the building with no views of the city of Da Lat. We all had views (and related noise/dust) of the construction of another hotel right across the narrow street. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and tried to make up for this. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available to move any of us. It would be good for the hotel to ensure their listings on booking sites are updated and reflect that there is construction. As well, there was no breakfast offered or available at the time of our stay. Otherwise the location was convenient and easy to walk down the hill to the lake and lots of choices of coffee and food nearby.

I am glad that I booked this beautiful hotel, the view so good. Staff were very helpful and so nice. Definitely will comeback again and again. My noticed that they are building an other one next to it. So it’s will be better with the new one coming.

Very high & slippery marble steps for elderly to enter the hotel. No breakfast. Staffs are not always at the front lobby

We had a wonderful stay at Cat Tuong Hotel in Da Lat! The location was perfect, it close to all the main attractions, cafés, and restaurants, which made exploring the city really easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even arranged a driver for us who took us to all the popular tourist spots around Da Lat, which made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Da Lat!

Had a great stay here. The room is very clean and nice. Decent view of the city and lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made the stay more enjoyable!

Nice, clean, small hotel. A bit away from main attraction with reasonable price. A short grab rive will take you to everywhere.
