The room itself was clean. The hallways and surrounding areas were dirty. It is in a hard-to-find location but fairly close to LGA and opposite of rush hour traffic.

Some people smoke too close to entrances and others get second hand embarrassment

SkvělýSamostatný pobyt
Had to stay here overnight due to a cancelled flight. The stay was great the only downside was that it was pretty noisy outside throughout the night. Besides that everything was good. Comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in

AC did not work properly. Tried to call front desk using both personal and room phone, no one answered. Spoke to front desk twice about AC issue and both time the staff did not really know who to contact and just kept saying 'oh no, let me look into it'.

Stayed for one night. Nice and modern. The area in the lobby with ice machine felt very communal. Make up remover wipes in the bathroom came in clutch, so you're not getting it on the pillows! Too many towels in the hallways- could've been the guests tossing them there, or shorthanded house keeping. Overall, would stay there again.
