Skvělý Nice hotel, great location. Spent two nights here before doing the Ha Giang loop, which if you are in this area and not doing the loop, you are missing out! It is incredible. Anyway, no food at this hotel but there are restaurants along the street within walking distance. Room was decent, nothing special. Shower head did not work so I had to use the body sprayer and there was ants on the bathroom sink, but other than that everything was fine. For the price it is a good deal.

Property was clean and relatively comfortable.
The staff DO NOT speak any English and make little effort to be helpful.
They do not offer Breakfast even though they advertise it.
Tons of places to get coffee by nothing breakfast like anywhere around.

Skvělý The hotel is clean and they change the bedsheets, which was not always the case in other properties in the north. Rooms were quiet and all was working. Hotel staff does not speak any English so we communicated via online translator. They have indoor secured parking for bikes. Good eats nearby

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was clean and well-kept. The facilities were like new! There is nice motorbike parking underground, and the building felt quite safe. I even accidentally left my iphoneX in the lobby for a few hours, and when I came downstairs searching for it they told me they’d found it and kept it in a safe place for me and then returned it!
