Sper clean, modern and spacious. A bit out of centre but a cheap Uber solved that.

The property was great. We did report a few repairs that needed doing, but more to ensure we were not held responsible when we left. One night there was a fire alarm that went off and we had to leave the building, but it was only possible to contact anybody by email. Lucky the Police were driving by and they checked that the property was safe to enter again. No other residents left the building, but it didn’t feel safe to just wait inside. I did receive an email the day after to thank me for alerting them to the fire alarm. Anyway communication was poor, but the accommodation and the location were very good.

Apartment is just as described, room 202. The historic centre is about 20/25 min walk. Very easy to get to on foot from the railway station, about 15 minute walk. The private terrace at our apartment was a pleasant surprise. The building also has a lift. The only niggles we had were the TV didn’t work and the water in the shower was quite cool not sure if that was just a blip. Some nice bars around the back area of the building, we especially liked Perita.

Pobyt s přáteli · Pro volný čas

This is not in the heart of Seville but it is within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby. We were there for two nights mid-way through a 2 week international trip. Having access to laundry (in our room) was amazing! The kitchenette was greatly appreciated allowing us to eat several meals there and enjoy the roof top dining. Definitely recommend and would stay there again. Had no direct contact with anyone for check in or check out but all went smoothly.

Great location! C2 & C1 bus stop is conveniently located across the street to go to the train station Santa Justa and others places. Many cervecerías serving great tapas are located in the neighborhood. Will definitely stay next time!
