Parking was excellent, huge car park at rear with direct access to hotel lounge. Super clean, modern rooms. There is a food warm up arena with oven, grill, microwave and utensils!

It is a quite place. The room is big, clean and tidy. It is a good place for me to stay in Ukiha. The bed is big and comfortable. It is nearby the Ukiha Rest Area where I can buy fresh fruit, breakfast, tea leave, ...etc. There is a small laundry room. I didn't notice that there is tissue in the washing machine. And my clothes were come out with snow flake! I would recommend the hotel staff to have a check regularly.

One of the best hotels we stayed at on our Kyushu trip. Ukiha rest station at our door step with plenty of food options. We also enjoyed a communal meal at the common dining area and made a few new international friends . Rooms were lit and clean, service was top notch. Location is pretty central to explore kurume, the Ukiha orchards or down to Hita and even Oita . Excellent choice for anyone looking to explore the area.

Excellent service, staff is very knowledgeable for restaurants and things to do nearby. We send email to ask about tea experience and fruit picking experience and they reply with detailed information. Room is spotless and there is self-service laundry and free coffee and a little pantry where you can sort yourself breakfast with the shop next to the hotel where they sell local products every day. Highly recommend!
