The staff was brilliant. They were very friendly and tried to be helpful.
However, the hotel was a let down for an IHG hotel.
Two rooms had problems with the lock on the bathroom. For one of our rooms, our key cards weren’t working for the lift so we had to ask the staff every time we needed the lift.
I paid the same rate for two rooms but one room had a Nespresso machine and the other did not.

Fantastické This is a lovely hotel. I thoroughly enjoy staying here when I come to Coventry. The staff are always warm and helpful. I highly recommend staying here. It’s now my go to!

Fantastické A lovely stay in a suite and an interconnected / connected standard room, which together worked well for our family of 4. (Call to check connected rooms are available and they will allocate them post-booking). The hotel is new and spotless and right next door to the station. Hotel parking is the station car park, which is a little bit of a walk but that wouldn’t bother most people. Hotel breakfast and bar were both a great standard. We would recommend this hotel in Coventry.

Fantastické Indigo Hotel Coventry is conveniently located near the train station and the city center. It was a pleasure to stay there. The reception desk staff is attentive and welcoming. Bonus: the rooms were ready to check-in before the official time - lucky us! Breakfast is quite comprehensive and delicious, getting us ready for the day's adventures. Cogs Bar & Kitchen offers a delicious menu and possibly the best sticky toffee pudding ever. The lounge provided a beautiful open space to enjoy my friends' company after hours as well as being a comfortable meeting spot. The rooms are squeaky clean, spacious and deliver much needed rest: I personally found the mattress to be one of the best I've slept on. The bathroom is well appointed with a huge shower that reinvigorates even the weariest of travelers. I'm quite happy with the choice of staying at Indigo Hotel in Coventry.

Fantastické Very nice hotel, very friendly staff on all three times we interacted. Bed ever so comfy, rooms very lovely and homely. Felt cosy, safe and a lovely nights sleep. Only negative would be I ended up parking in the wrong car park so had to pay more.

Nice looking interiors. Funky room. The young lady on reception was really outstanding. Food wasn’t great in the restaurant. Externally harassed by homeless couple asking for money on approach to hotel. Parking is in the multi storey station car park, great smell of urine on each entry way! Upside it’s not a long walk to the hotel but I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing it if I was alone travelling. Bonus you get reduced parking fees. Would I stay again, probably not only because I didn’t feel safe getting to the hotel from the car park and the food, I have had better in other hotels, with the same 4* rating.

We stayed here as we were attending the British Grand Prix and was catching the shuttle bus to the track from Coventry Station. This hotel was perfect as it was a 2 minute walk. Check in was simple and the receptionist was smiley, friendly and informative. Room was clean, complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks in the fridge. We will definetly choose this hotel for next years GP.
