Samostatný pobyt

The staff was AMAZING! I felt like I was with family. The room was comfortable and clean. You can walk everywhere. There is plenty of good restaurants nearby or you can stay at the hotel and eat there. Grocery store is just a few yards away so you can buy supplies and store them in the refrigerator.

The Occidental is an exceptional choice for convenience. Just steps away from the river bank and Old Town, as well as the Austro-Hungarian new town center. The hotel is literally in Congress Square. Everything clicks seamlessly and the decor exudes modernity and panache.

Everything was fantastic. The only problem we had was how confusing the parking situation was when we first checked in. Added about an hour of time and just caused confusion all around.

The hotel is located in central Ljubiana. The building and facilities are very modern. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There are lots of excellent hot and cold options to choose for breakfast. The food is very well cooked and replenished regularly. All of the staff on reception, in the bar and at the breakfast service were excellent. Everyone we spoke to were very helpful and polite. The reception staff arranged an airport transfer for us and provided directions to a museum that we wanted visit. Hotel Occidental provides a lovely place to stay with excellent service.
