Great location. Clean hotel. Sumptuous breakfast. You step out of the hotel and you are in the walking precinct to the centre of masjid al Nabawi But beware the hotel charges Saudi Royal 120 per day for parking even when Expedia booking says it’s free

One of the best locations in Madina near the women’s entrance to Masjid Nabawi The rooms are very clean and the staff is very Friendly and sincere. They were always willing to help for any comment or request

I would have given 5 stars just because the staff are incredible, excellent service throughout the hotel, they’re very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because the showers would overflow every time they were used, we had two rooms and both showers were the same.

The stay was PERFECT! Super close to Masjid Nabawi. The moment we walked in, Ahmed at check in treated us so nicely and knew exactly who we were. He was super accommodating. The housekeeping staff was very kind and cooperative. The restaurant Manager Omar treated us like royalty. We would stay here for all of our future stays!
