The hotel is absolutely wonderful for location, value and amenities. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The onsen was great. The foot bath seemed a little crowded and had kids playing in it like it was a pool so that wasn't very relaxing. The onsen was excellent though.
It should be more clearly noted with check-in materials that the front desk is on the 4th floor. I wasted about 15 minutes looking everywhere for it. LoL
I would certainly return here. Especially now that I know where the check-in desk is

Enjoyed a big public bath. And building is relatively new. Twin bed room is very small but it’s enough for short stay for a person. It was not easy to find the hotel when coming from Odawara station. Couldn’t find any signs. And, if your room faces the station side, you can hear sounds of trains and announcements of odawara station
