The hotel somewhat shows it age and could def do with a refurbishment. However from the moment we arrived we were greeted by the amazing staff ( special mention to Meng Tree & Serri from reception “Amazingly friendly and helpful”). All staff made us feel incredible and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place . We stayed in room 4301 overlooking the immaculate gardens . The pool was nice but kinda small for a hotel this size . The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice . They offer these automatic coffee machines , however I would avoid using them as they have an in house barista that will make you an amazing cup of coffee to start the day . The beach can be reached by shuttle bus or a 20min walk . Fantastic location . Highly recommend getting in early as the complimentary lounge chairs get taken up quickly . Suggest getting here at 10am at the latest . Highly recommend going for a surf lesson as well . Bar snacks and plenty of drinks available . All in all I’d be happily returning to this hotel and highly recommend ! Thanks to the whole courtyard by Marriott Nusa Dua family and we’ll see you back in a few months . Rude staff, extremely unwelcoming from the front desk. Dirty bathrooms. Room and hallway full of mosquitoes. The worst hotel. After the first night, we immediately checked out at 7 AM the next morning. Never boo this place.

We had an amazing stay for 8 nights. The staff are incredible, the food amazing and the pool area and beach club are fantastic. Easy walking distance to shopping. The only one thing that I would find a negative is the noise from other doors closing, the tiled floors make it echo through the hallways. Unfortunately a few inconsiderate people slamming doors between 12-2am was mostly the issue. We will definitely be back next year.
