This is a great hotel, clean, comfortable and near excellent tram and metro connections. The staff are fabulous and really helpful. Being near to Galatas tower there are a large number of eating and dining options nearby. The only drawback is if you are placed in the annex there are two flights of stairs to negotiate before you get to the lift.

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. As a loyal customer, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly stood out and made us feel valued throughout our stay. The location was also excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and conveniences nearby, making it easy to explore the area and find everything we needed. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again in the future.

Great no frills hotel. Location is safe and excellent for first time visitors because the train and ferries are so close. They have snacks, coffee, and water in the AM which I appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helped coordinate airport transfers & tours. My only complaint was the street noise could be heard in the AM. We were on the 2nd floor and slept with white noise through the night. Would stay here again.

Excellent ! Highly recommend it. We loved the city view in front of Bósforo. Room was comfortable. The staff is amazing, day and night. Always providing helpful tips, great recommendations and making reservations for you. Location could not be better 5 minutes to Galata tower hill and across from old Istanbul. Would definitely come back.

Good proximity to old town and sea side whete can find good restaurants. Very celan and all staff were very kind and suppotive. Highly recommended.
