Good hotel, but TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM EXPEDIA! The hotel is worthy of its high ratings, but Expedia didn't bother to warn that it is unstaffed, and presumes a reasonable comprehension of written German. I haven't studied German in decades, and when I arrived tired and hot in the early evening, there was no one there. I accessed the property's message to me through the app. All German. Might not have been a huge issue, but the Expedia app on my phone would not allow me to copy the text of the message so that I could put it into a translator. I was able to figure out the code for the front door, my room number, and the code to my room, so I got in, however I couldn't access the parking garage with my comprehension of the information in hand. There is no parking on the street in front so I had to park my motorcycle on a landing on the side of the building until I was able to make telephone contact with an English speaking member of staff who was able to provide access. By this time I was very cross with Expedia for not providing any warning. I would have made a different choice, had Expedia informed me. The hotel is nice, clean, quiet, and offers tremendous value for money. If your comprehension of written German is adequate, you might love it. The only reason my marks aren't five ⭐'s all across is due to the incomplete info from Expedia.

Front desk staff is friendly. Room service wasn’t much - no fresh towels or clean bedding. Just ok.

The property was excellent the size , cleanliness and comfortable beds. The only downsize was the property was on the main road and it was busy.. But we didn't mind that as it was comfortable stay. And you need to pay for the parking it wasn't free. And the parking was underground and you need to be really pro. I wouldn't recommend for bigger car as well.
