Super clean, all the cooking amenities. Very nice apartment, no complaints at all. Digital entry, very easy. Very modern and pleasant decor.

Very modern, clean, well maintained, with all the basics for meal prep! Very close to the Frankfurt main train station. Great restaurants close by. Very automated check-in, and code room entry.

Better than expected. Room did not have lingering smell of previous guest cooking, could not hear our neighbour, laundry facility was superb (tho English sticker on the machine would help), kitchen was very clean, water pressure was good, floor to ceiling windows could open (great for ventilation), bed was comfortable. Location was a little far from main station but the road leading to the apartment was safe and clean.

The room was missing curtains. They were unable to rectify the problem nor could they relocate me to an alternative room.
The heating was faulty. The temperature was a constant 25.9 even with the heating set to off and all the windows open.
Intolerable conditions. Intolerable service.
