Fantastické Was very clean and was cleaned daily close in walking distance to everywhere and felt safe. If I had to complain would be the noise from other guess after a certain time.

It was out first trip to Lisbon. The location was perfect. It was in the centre of everything, restaurants, shops, eateries, the river.
Check in process was smooth, communication thru WhatsApp was good.
Room itself was clean and comfy, with a unique design to the studio.
There was a luggage storage facility was really useful coz we could check out from our room, leave our stuff and go was a walk before heading to the station.
Wish there was tea/coffee available in the room, but it's okay.
Overall our stay couldn't have been better. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was great, had enough space, with a kitchen that was functional, with all appliances and cutlery and dishes. Shower was very good. The check process was fine, impersonal but worked out well for a late check in. The only major complaint was the location in the neighbourhood was not great. There is a very small walking street to get their that was hard to find unless you used gps; at night this is a sketchy area, with lots of drugs and people to stay clear off, especially at one end of the street where a neighbour told us to avoid; this was after the first night where we saw an english man and his wife speaking to police after being mugged. It was a little bit disconcerting for kids, but if you are arriving before 10 pm it should be ok.

Had a wonderful stay for 3 people in LSA Mouraria. It is a perfect location situated near Rossio station (5 min walk) and the iconic tram 28 station (3 minutes). It also has a supermarket very close by which was useful!
The check in process was seamless! I saw a lot of reviews saying this was difficult but it is not the case at all. You get messages via WhatsApp from the team and are prompted to provide passport details etc before the stay. So long as these are provided the access code is sent to you on the day of your stay - so easy!
The apartment itself was very clean with all the amenities mentioned and the room service was good as well.
We weren’t able to access the safe in the apartment as it was locked. Upon messaging on WhatsApp to the team this was sorted very quickly - they are good with responses.
A few reviews mention noise, so it is worth noting. At night (especially in the summer) there is often a small music festival nearby, there was some noise from this on the weekends but it didn’t majorly affect us or bother us personally but worth noting if you are looking for a quiet place.
Luggage’s can be stored in lockers for a small fee (€9 for 6 hours I think - fitted 3 hand luggages - locker is quite big).
Small downside was the washing machine which we didn’t use as it was quite dirty but that was the only negative!

The conditions I encountered were so far below an acceptable standard that the accommodation was not fit for purpose as advertised. The following issues were documented upon arrival and throughout the stay:
1. Bedbugs – We discovered bedbugs in the unit. This is a serious health and safety violation and alone constitutes grounds for a full refund and immediate remediation of the property.
2. Blood/period staining on the bed sheets – a serious hygiene failure that should never reach a guest under any circumstances. The bed linens were visibly stained and unclean.
3. Significant unexplained white staining on the sofa cushions, which had been deliberately flipped face-down to conceal the issue. This indicates the problem was known prior to our check-in and was actively hidden rather than remediated.
4. The listing photographs clearly depict a double bed. Upon arrival, the sleeping area contained two separate twin/single beds – a material misrepresentation that directly affected our booking decision.
5. The main living room light switch was non-functional throughout our entire stay.
6. The apartment as a whole did not meet a basic standard of cleanliness.
I have attached photo documentation and video evidence of each of the above issues, including the bedbugs. These issues – particularly the presence of bedbugs and the deliberate concealed stains

We walked into the apt booked for us and it had not been cleaned, nor did it have towels or toilet paper. They took more than an hour to move us to a next door apt, which is what the "LSA" team should done.
There is no microwave oven which was not in Expedia ad.
Taxi could not get close to our door so we had to lug our luggage up the hill.
Finally, we asked by message for late checkout and never received a reply. We called 30+- times today a day the guy who answered the call said not possible and we should message the property.
Overall, a lousy stay with a very guy answering the "24/7".

Nous avons eu besoin d'aide à Lisbonne du charmant commis à l'information à la gare de Sta Apolinia sinon jamais nous y serions arrivés...
Pendant pas moins de 2 heures, il s'est occupé de nous pour faire des appels à la compagnie By Numa pour qu'on puisse y accéder. Expédia aussi a du nous aider. On était complètement décourager ainsi que le commis à la gare qui nous a aidé, de tout ce que nous demandait By Numa pour y recevoir le code d'entrée du logement. Passeports, numéros de tout genre etc. On essayait de les envoyer, leur site ne fonctionnait pas :( . De 15 heures à 17 heures, on a vécu le calvaire pour réussir de recevoir le fameux code d'entrée. Nous avons eus 8 endroits différents au Portugal et lui seul nous a causé des soucis.

The space is nice and the room is spacious. The kitchen has the basic essentials needed. The location is in an alley with no vehicle access, so if you are traveling with several suitcases, getting in can be uncomfortable. There can sometimes be outside noise at night. Also, if you stay for several days, the room is not cleaned very thoroughly.
