Room was fine, pillows had a really bad smell. They got puffed up when not used and when you squeeze the air out is was disgusting. Also the shower temo control was broken and turned by it's Sheffield from cold to burn. Bathroom mirror light did not work.

Lovely room. Quiet and clean. I wasn't sure with it being so close to the underground and above a bar, but we slept like rocks (room was on the 3rd floor). Lots of character - I know they updated recently and it was perfect! The only concern - no lift so if you can't maneuver steps, this is not the hotel for you!

Fantastické Great location. Super cool decor. Big bar downstairs but don’t let that put you off. Thought it was pricey when I booked it, but definitely worth the money. Didn’t have time for breakfast as was on business, but I’m sure that’s great as well. Head to

A perfect two-night stay for seeing a show at The National Theatre and exploring some of London's sights. Excellent breakfast and enjoyed a wonderful evening meal as well.

Comfortable room in the city. Rooms sit above a nice pub, which serves food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good high-quality room and excellent breakfast with helpful staff. But you check in and enter through a very crowded and noisy pub, nothing like a hotel experience. Once past that, the room and amenities are good, although the room and shower are both very small.
