Room was located away from main hanok. Our hanok for family of 4 ( kids are young adults) was spacious. This requires going up some steps which was manageable. The A/C was very strong & there were 2 ceiling fans which were quite helpful in keeping the place nice & cold which we greatly enjoyed. The place was nicely decorated. We were treated to a traditional Korean breakfast which was also quite nice. Our visit here was greatly enjoyed

Had a wonderful 1 night stay, with complimentary breakfast. Wished we stayed longer it was so relaxing. Communication was great with Sue and she allowed us an early check in. Property is super clean and central location.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, the surroundings were lovely, and the location was very convenient. The facilities were comfortable, and the bedding made our stay especially relaxing.
We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and care that were prepared for us. One of the highlights was being able to say good morning to the cat on the balcony each day.
It was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend staying here.

What a lovely overnight retreat during our trip to Seoul. We were met at our taxi upon arrival, walked to our room, and briefed on everything important. The next day we received a traditional, homemade Korean breakfast of the highest quality. The room was authentic, charming, clean, and well equipped with plenty of fresh towels, tea and coffee, a microwave and refrigerator. The air conditioning worked well too. Beautiful views from every window. And, the location was perfect for exploring the ancient treasures on foot. Surrounded by many cafes and shops too. Perfect stay!

Fantastic place to stay and great location. Contact before we arrived was prompt and very helpful and we were met and taken to the property. Our room was wonderful and we had a Korean breakfast each day as well. When we left we had help with the trains too as there was a nationwide problem. Highly recommended and cannot fault anything.

We had a wonderful stay at Soi Hanok! We planned our entire trip around staying here as we travelled to South Korea during cherry blossom season and booked relatively late, leaving only mid-week availability for 1 night.
Very serene yet only a few minutes walk to some of the top attractions in Gyeongju. It rained during our time here but that added even more to the atmosphere! We were provided with complimentary breakfast too, which was superb. We couldn’t recommend a better place to stay :)
