Fantastické I stayed in a double room and found most everything excellent. The building and room itself were clean, and room cleaning went to our room even after we had woken up late and left well after the usual cleaning time. The staff were very friendly and helpful with inquiries. The single thing I would critique is the slightly ‘off’ smell in the hallway of our floor (it did not permeate the room). The hotel itself was situated near metro stations and just around the corner was an excellent bakery.

the whole time we was in the room there was a water dripping sound from the roof CONSTANTLY - we made the staff aware of the issue and unsurprisingly they had already been made aware of this problem and were only able to change our room to the room next door with the same problem - my main question being why would they let any customer stay in these rooms - I ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THE SIXTH FLOOR.

We were very disappointed with our stay. As soon as we arrived, the front desk gentleman was quite rude. Although the other staff were very friendly. Our room looked very different from the pictures. It was smaller and the hotel had more of a hostel feel. The sheets had spots on them and there was mold on the ceiling and in the shower. Everything just felt a little grimy and worn. There was also no proper hair dryer, the heater made weird noises, and it was quite damp in the room. To make things worse, the ceiling started leaking water onto our bed from the light fixture after a heavy rainfall on our last night. I understand this is a lower budget hotel in Paris but some things are inexcusable.

Nice tiny room with a tiny shower and no cooling air con. The lift was broken while I was there. It was fine for one person for one night but not for a couple.

The staff make this hotel, the professional and polite approach is really appreciated.
Everything was fine with the hotel, my only negative is that it would be great if the room doors didn't slam shut - the noise from them at night is a little intrusive.
Location is spot on, very easy to access the Metro network and a bus stop outside. Taxi services are readily available through reception.
The rooms were a little more spacious than expected, though the bathroom is predictably small. Totally adequate though and clean/comfortable.
I would stay here again.
