This location in Hoi An is absolutely wonderful within walking distance to the UNESCO heritage listed Old Town and everything that Hoi An is famous for. The facilities are excellent breakfast and the staff are first class the one seem to look at though would be the cleaning of the furniture in the rooms or the replacement of the furniture that is quite stained and old. It is always a pleasure to come back here as I have stayed several times. Allow a good amount of time for breakfast as the choice is outstanding.

a wonderful stay at Silkotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome especially Alice, Tina, and Lyn, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel is great with two big pools that were perfect for relaxing. They had a good happy hr to have drinks by the pool before heading out for the night. The breakfast buffet was great many options to choose from each morning.The omelette was one of the best weve had the bed was comfortable, spacious room and air conditioning was amazing! Highly recommend Silkotel, we would absolutely come back!

The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Loved the huge shower. The breakfast offered many selections. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

Location is superb to old town and all Hoi An is famous for. Breakfast is the best you will find, staff amazing, some furniture and fittings need to be replaced , cleaned or repaired

This hotel really was fabulous. The room was spacious and clean. There are 2 pool, one which has shelter so is ideal if its raining or you want to shelter from the sun. The other one is outside with sunbeds. There is a pool table and gym and a great restaurant. Its locatiob is perfect, just a short walk into the old town but away from the hussle and bussel should you want to be. Bikes are free to use and are a great way ti explore Hoi An or take a ride to An Bang beach which is beautiful. We have been to Hoi An 6 times, this being the first time we have stayed in this hotel. We will definitely be coming back.

The staff and location were amazing. I think from the recent floods in Nov. Lots of area hotels and businesses are still dealing with the aftermath. The gym was a little moldy so I used a local drop in gym, to resolve any concerns.

Great hotel just steps away from the old quarter of Hoi An! We were welcomed in a friendly and professional way. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and it had a great view of the swimming pool and adjacent rooms. The staff was efficient and helpful. The bed was so big and comfortable and we were able to get plenty of deep sleep. The breakfast buffet was modest and limited, but sufficient for a good nutrition. They had bicycles to use which was a nice way for exploring the town.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel location great. Close to river, bridges and night market but quiet with good facilities. The breakfast was very good.
