unique and memorable experience! Staying in a traditional Japanese room made our trip feel truly authentic. The traditional Japanese dining experience was something we’ll always remember. Nice choice in Nara. Close to the park and temples. Walkable from Kintetsu train station. It did smell like green tea… upstairs a traditional hot spring bath.

The staff are so helpful at this location. They went above and beyond to assist you with your needs. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nara. It was an unforgettable experience for us. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Staff extremely helpful! Good position touching Nara deer park, walkable from train station. Good ryokan, albeit the 90’s feeling of the overall deco. Decent indoor and outdoor pools (medium-small); self-service rooftop bar for a moderate fee. Didn’t try breakfast or other meals, just a one-night break between Kyoto and Osaka.

The breakfast though expensive was a unique experience for us. I recommend it for someone never tasted a genuine lavish Japanese breakfast. The bath facility was nice; definitely worth trying out. I liked the massage chair in the lobby as well. Everything worked as expected. My room was the smallest in the building but it still felt reasonably spacious. The staff was very attentive. I asked for help to arrange airport transport. They went above and beyond to make sure i got all the details right.
