First of all, the location was stellar! Right on Haeundae beach, steps from Haeundae market for street food, you really can’t ask for more. The hotel itself was modern and clean and the facilities were top notch. We enjoyed the stellar gym, sauna and outdoor pool.

We had an amazing stay during our family vacation in Busan! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to see, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. It made exploring the city so convenient. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions we had. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Busan. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting with family!

Everything was just perfect at the Grand Josun Haeundae. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the amenities are the top of the top! My wife and I stayed here a few years ago as newlyweds and this time around we brought our 11 month old baby with us. The staff made sure our stay was comfortable and safe, made sure our baby needs were met, and was just overall a delight to deal with. We will be coming back again soon!
