Firstly, the check in experience felt overwhelming. They asked for my passport details of all the people. After sending the details, they said we needed adhar card. Which, I (the person the room is under), gave the adhar card. However, after another hour, they asked us to send OCI cards, we sent it again. Then after 15 minutes, they asked for the adhar card again, even though I gave them the hard copy.
Secondly, the room was 250$, and which came with stained sheets. I asked for a rollaway bed, which also came with a stained blanket (I have photos of all).
Also the room was for 5 people. But the dental kit, body wash, and shampoo was only for 2 people. This experience in udaipur felt demeaning, and I felt like the staff was justifying all the wrong things rather than apologizing.

Property is located in a crowded/busy area.
Pros - nice & clean property, very helpful staff, nice roof top restaurant
Cons - would not provide an iron, no laundry services provided, bed mattress could be better, no non-veg or liquor served

Nice hotel. Smallish room. Only issue was I booked online for a twin and they gave us a double. So we had to get a single mattress to put on the floor. Since the room was not very big it became cramped. They should not offer twin as an option if they can't guarantee it.
