Zarezervoval/a jsem si čas přímo v tomto onsen a byl to fantastický zážitek. Po příjezdu byl personál vstřícný a mou rezervaci měl připravenou. Zařízení bylo bezvadné: čisté šatny a teplota vody byla perfektní. Líbilo se mi, že jsem si mohl/a užívat koupel svým vlastním tempem, aniž bych byl/a nucen/a spěchat kvůli skupinovému rozvrhu. Pro každého, kdo preferuje samostatnou, klidnou návštěvu onsen bez dalších zastávek na prohlídku památek, je přímá rezervace onsen tou správnou volbou. Vřele doporučuji!

Stepping into Hell's Gate Geothermal Park in Rotorua felt like entering a prehistoric world. This place is an absolute must-visit! The guided tour, which was nothing short of excellent. Seeing the steaming fumaroles, the boiling mud, and the raw power of the landscape up close was a truly epic experience—nature at its most fierce and beautiful. But the real magic happened afterwards at the mud spa. After exploring the active thermal park, dipping into the geothermal mud baths and sulphur spas was pure heaven. It was superbly refreshing to soak in the warm, nutrient-rich waters while looking out over the misty, unique landscape. What I loved most is how inclusive it is. It really is suitable for all age groups; my whole family, from the elders to the little ones, had a fantastic time. It is the perfect blend of education, adventure, and pure relaxation. If you are in Rotorua, do not miss Hell's Gate. It is an experience for the soul!

Teplota horkých pramenů se pohybuje mezi 36 a 41 stupni Celsia. Nádherný výhled na jezero Rotorua a spousta krásných fotek pořízených s úžasným výhledem! Čisté a dobře udržované toalety, i když vypadají starší, ale mají veškeré základní vybavení a personál čas od času doplňuje ručníky.
