It was such a great experience albeit a bit tiring. Do prepare yourself accordingly as it will be a full day of adventure. Our guide, Uja was so great and helpful. He was really attentive to our needs. I’d recommend 10/10! the mas2 we met along the way during the activities were also great. Do take the chance to go into the cave and take the gondola. You’ll not regret at all!

I had an amazing Yogyakarta day tour and the best time with my guide, Mas Adit. We began with the Merapi Sunrise tour led by Mas Fanny, from the viewpoint to the bunker and museum, everything was exciting and well organized. The packed itinerary kept me engaged all day, from Jomblang Cave (bring headlights; it can get dark and slippery) to the relaxing Timang Beach. A surprise highlight was the impromptu lobster dinner at Timang Beach, which I think should be included in the itinerary. It was fresh and unforgettable. I loved how friendly and engaging everyone was, and that my guide joined in the activities, making the trip even more fun. My only suggestion is to make certain add-on fees (equipment, food, and some activities) more affordable for local visitors. Overall, this tour was fun, seamless, and highly recommended!

An unforgettable one-day tour! From the breathtaking sunrise at Mount Merapi to the thrilling descent into Jomblang Cave and the scenic views of Timang Beach, every stop was perfectly planned. It was our first time visiting Yogyakarta, and we’re so grateful to our guide, AG, for giving us a perfect travel experience. He is very knowledgeable about everything in Yogyakarta, and also extremely patient and attentive. The itinerary was well-organized throughout the whole day. He even helped us take beautiful travel photos. We arrived at Timang Island just in time to catch the sunset — it was truly an unforgettable journey.

This is a tour that no one should miss. It was fun, it was exciting. Mt Merapi is beautiful and there were less people during sunrise so there was plenty of photo opportunity… Jomblang Cave is one of a kind experience, you have to try it at least once in a lifetime. It’s very great experience to go for this trip. Our driver Mr.Sukmawan is a very friendly tour guide. He explains almost everything during the trip. As per schedule, we are all good to explore all the attractions! He also helps us in taking photos! He even provides us with many recommendations of restaurants as well as massage place in Jogja. The recommendations are very informative and very perfect! When we ran out of cash in Jogja, he brings us to the money changer before heading back to the hotel. Besides, the PIC Mr.Andi also assists us when we were in trouble of forgetting to bring the universal adapter. He gave an excellent instruction one day before the trip and make sure we are ready for the trip! Overall is a very excited and wonderful trip! My hubby and I highly recommend this tour.

Convenient and seamless! We are a group of 5, and had gotten Andimiko as our driver. The journey started with Mt Merapi > Jomblang Cave > Timang Beach. The car ride was smooth and punctual! We managed to see Mt Merapi clearly, the guides are informative and helped us with photo takings. It started to rain once we ended our activity at Jomblang Cave so we asked the driver if we could cancel the ride to Timang Beach and drive back to our villa, and he was very accommodative. He also allowed us to have pit stops for souvenir shopping where we got Kue Pukis and Bakpia to bring home in replace to going to Timang Beach. 10/10 would recommend!
