The bus that was supposed to pick us up left without us because we were at the wrong spot. We should have been in front of the hotel, but we were at the back! Luckily, the owner was considerate enough to honor our booking anyway. Since we were in the Susukino area—only 30 minutes away—we took a taxi to get there. The package was expensive, but the experience was priceless.

The snowmobile experience in Sapporo was pure winter fun! Riding through wide snow fields surrounded by stunning white scenery was thrilling yet beginner-friendly. Bus for pick up is on time and comfortable. When we arrived at the snow mobile park, they will check your registration and issue winter jacket, pants, shoes, helmet and hand gloves. Briefing will be done by instructor and each instructor will take about 4 people which is good and they are able to take care of our safety. they will stop at 2 places for us to take pictures. Overall, it’s really fun and a great experience! Good activity for those that can’t ski or scared to try skiing like me to do snow mobile! the picture with 2 rider is just for photo taking only… we need to ride our own mobile🤣

Simply amazing!!! Perfect way to cap off our trip. Very memorable. Everything was well thought off. Multiple pickup locations, winter wear, kind instructors. All the staff very nice. Activity was very safe. Highly recommended.

the experience was okay. but the restrooms smells bad super bad and the snow mobile is old you feel that its going to break soon and the smell of gas really suffocating but the staff are kind and friendly. i notice it was really short

非常值得的雪上電單車體驗，雖然因初時一些技術性問題收不到確認電郵，幸好最後經Klook客服幫忙，最終確認了行程。當天是一個教練帶著4架電單車，會在平地先練習一下技巧，很快掌握了後，會帶大家往山上走走，中途會幫忙拍照及有兩次停停休息，當天是下午時段，12月份北海道到4點多已開始日落轉黑，所以後期拍的相片會比較暗一點，再選擇的話會選上午吧。最後教練卜還會幫忙拍video, 小建議是如果中途停下來大家可以換換隊伍的排列次序會更加好呢！

We absolutely loved snowmobiling with Wonderland Sapporo! There were 10 of us: 6 men and 4 women. We did the 1-hour snowmobile tour and all rode individually. Transportation and check-in were smooth — they provided us all with snow bibs, gloves, helmets, boots, and extra coats to go on top of what we were already wearing. I would recommend coming with a thin pair of gloves already on as the cold without two pairs was giving my hands cramps when I rode without both on the way back. Our guides were super fun and attentive and we got great pictures! 1000/10 recommend

We booked this adventure just a few days before the activity date as the other tour we had booked since January could not be confirmed even one week before the activity date. We weren’t disappointed at all as this adventure was way beyond our expectations. Our guide/trainer, Yoichi san, was incredibly friendly and helpful as the snowmobile ride was broken up into small groups and there were only two of us. The BBQ lunch after the ride was another highlight to dine in a hut and digging into free flow of meat for an hour. Overall, we were simply glad we found and booked this adventure. Highly recommended.
