This is my second time in busan. Privilege to have Jay to be our tour guide. Managed to curate all the activities which I did not cover previously. Jay is fantastic to line them up nicely within the timeframe. Recommend this to those whom have specific places to visit but not covered. by the other day tours.

Jay was very friendly and helpful. He contacted us 1 week before and 2 days before our trip with the car info and itinerary. The car was very comfortable for 5 of us and he arrived early. Some of our family members are vegetarian, he took us to this amazing traditional Korean restaurant that served plenty of vegetarian dishes. He even took us to Oryukdo skywalk that not even in our itinerary. He gave us all kinds of story and history of different places. Took us to see cherry blossoms. Drove us to 3 out of 7 bridges in Busan and the awe moment swirly highway. Thank you so much Jay, for letting us make the best family memories in Busan.

Hyundai palisade was really new and comfortable! Was easy to arrange itinerary and pick up etc over whatsapp with our guide/driver. Would engage them again if I need a car in Busan/Gyeongju!

Despite the rain, we enjoyed our tour in Busan. Jay was very accommodating. He reached out to us before our trip and helped us set our itinerary. He was also patient and waited for us at our stops. The Korean barbecue restaurant he recommended served delicious food. Thanks to Jay, we had a great time seeing the sights of Busan.

Jay is assigned to take our tour. Both my mum and I are grateful for his service. His driving skill is one of the top notch which we had encountered, smooth driving and amazing one kill parking skill! Jay was patience with us and give us our time which we want for our itinerary. We are glad that we have a chance to have lunch together and get to know the life of a local. Looking at the price to charter a private car is about double of 2 pax joining any day tour, might as well get this chartered service and save time in the itinerary you need.
